Start your classes here—confident, informed movement begins now.
This is your essential first stop if you’re new to Pilates or new to our studio.
Whether you’ve never seen a reformer or you have done Pilates elsewhere, this class helps you learn our approach, our cues, and our tools.
You’ll get a feel for our full equipment range over the course of your first month:
Balanced Body Reformer, Exo Chair, Springboard by Ellie Herman, Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Box, Dowel, BOSU Ball, Spine Corrector, and the Oov.
Expect to hear and feel terms like “neutral spine,” “pelvic stability,” and “core control” take root in your body.
Who it’s for:
Some clients take this class once and move on. Others may stay 8–10 sessions to feel confident in their practice and their bodies. Both are right.
Gentle strength. Smart movement. Joy in motion—at every age.
Designed for clients who want a class that prioritizes joint care, injury prevention, and functional movement. Perfect for clients who are navigating physical limitations or simply want a slower pace with expert guidance.
This class blends the Reformer with supportive tools like the Spine Corrector, Springboard, Magic Circle, and Foam Roller to increase mobility, build core strength, and restore fluid movement patterns.
Who it’s for:
Where Pilates becomes your every day practice—breathe, align, transform your body
This class is the heart of our method. It’s where the six principles of Joseph Pilates come to life:
Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centering, and Flow.
Most clients enjoy this class to solidify their understanding of Pilates mechanics. You’ll deepen your awareness of how the body moves and how to move better, every day.
We focus on the Reformer as our base piece of equipment, but incorporate props like the magic circle and ball to teach controlled pr.
Who it’s for:
Dynamic variety. Whole-body integration. One studio, every tool.
This is where your Pilates practice becomes creative and well-rounded. We use the full range of studio equipment—Reformer, Exo Chair, Springboard, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Oov, and more—to challenge your control, coordination, and endurance in new ways.
Expect creative sequencing, layered movements, and cross-apparatus training.
Each class focuses on alignment, flow, and muscular balance
Who it’s for:
Note: This class may not be suitable for those with significant injuries or without prior reformer experience. Flow builds from Foundation 1.
Cardio meets control—elevate your heart rate and your powerhouse.
This class puts the Jumpboard front and center, combining the energising power of low-impact cardio with the core-focused, breath-driven foundation of Pilates. You’ll jump lying down (yes, really!)—creating a heart-pumping, muscle-sculpting experience that’s kind to your joints but not short on challenge.
Every jump is rooted in the Pilates principles of Breath, Centering, Control, and Flow, with core activation leading every movement. You’ll also mix in moments of dynamic strength, stability, and flexibility using props and occasional reformer-based sequences between jumping intervals.
Who it’s for:
Expect: A strong burn, good vibes, and glutes that say, “hello tomorrow.”
Intermediate. Intentional. A celebration of movement.
A most challenging class, Ignite 3 is designed for clients who want to refine their Pilates with complex sequences, layered choreography, and increased resistance. Flow and transitions become part of the work, and deeper core activation is expected.
You’ll move with precision and intention—using Reformers, Chairs, Springboards, and props as the teacher decides to enhance both athleticism and artistry.
Who it’s for:
Not recommended: For those with untreated injuries, post-rehab needs, or minimal Pilates background. Ignite 3 requires instructor approval or a Core Elements 2 / Equipment Combinations 2.5 practice twice a week for multiple months.
