Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
An all ages Yoga class that includes a centering warmup, seated and standing poses, breath work, and stretching. This class is accessible to all levels and will not include Vinyasa Flow. We will slow down the practice and work on building strength and stability
A class for those interested in learning yoga or returning to basics. This is also a class for all levels.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
